Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your order!
If something isn’t quite right we are more than happy to accept returns for store credit & exchanges within 10 days of delivery. Please see below for full eligibility.
PLEASE NOTE: Store credit will be issued for all returns. We do not give refunds to the original form of payment. Store credit does not expire.
Before starting a return or exchange, please make sure to read the full policy below:
Returns
We accept returns of unopened, unused items within 10 days of delivery for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to original payment methods.
To start a return, please email us at hello@daydreamabode.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions and authorization.

If the return is due to a mistake on our end, we’ll cover return shipping and provide a prepaid label.

For all other returns, you are responsible for return shipping.

Returned items must be securely packaged. We are not responsible for damage or loss during return shipping.

Items that arrive damaged, used, or otherwise unsellable will not be eligible for store credit.
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue your store credit as a digital gift card via email. Gift cards never expire.
What items are non-returnable:
- Worn or washed items
- Custom or personalized items
- Discounted, sale, or final sale items
- Gifts cards
- Digital products of any kind
Exchanges
Need a different size or item? We offer exchanges for eligible items when requested within 10 days of delivery. To request an exchange, please email: hello@daydreamabode.com with your order number and the item/size you'd like to exchange. If the item or size is unavailable, we'll issue store credit instead so you can repurchase what works best.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our end. Personalized and custom orders of any kind cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Please Note:

Once your exchange is approved, it must be shipped back within 5 calendar days.

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and free from odors (e.g., smoke or fragrance).

If your return is sent late or arrives in used or damaged condition, the exchange will be cancelled and the item will not be accepted.

In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping if you'd like the item sent back to you.
Exchange orders are processed once the original item is received and inspected. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to process your exchange and ship out your new item.
