Hi, I'm Brooklyn, but friends call me Brooke, Brookie, or just B! I’m the one behind everything at Daydream Abode, and I’m so happy you’re here! I’m an Iowa girl through and through, married to my high school sweetheart, Sean, and mama to our little girl, Maggie. Moving to this old farmhouse and opening a brick-and-mortar store has been a total dream come true!

When I was a kid, my sister and I would gather up random items around the house and set up our own little shop in our rooms. We'd take turns being the shopper and cashier, using monopoly money—then we'd reset and do it all over again. We always dreamed of having our own store one day!

Even crazier yet, I used to shop at this very barn growing up with my family.. I remember vividly walking around and saying to myself "I'd love to have a place like this one day."

It's been pretty special seeing my life come full circle & realizing all the God winks along the way. It's an honor to be able to share such a special space with all of you—my daydream turned reality!
