I’m so grateful you're here. As a small, one woman-ran business, I pour a lot of care into making your shopping experience as seamless and thoughtful as possible. My goal is to ensure your order is processed efficiently and delivered to you in a timely manner!
The following Shipping Policy outlines important details about order processing, delivery, and shipping-related matters. Please read it carefully before placing your order — and thank you again for supporting my small business!
Order Processing Time
We process all orders as they are placed, typically between 2-3 business days to process. Some items such as tees & crewnecks are made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for those items to ship.
During holidays or new product launches, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. We appreciate your patience and your support of small business!
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before shipment.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Most orders ship via USPS, though we may occasionally use UPS or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Tracking & Order Status
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.
Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment, as this depends on the carrier's scan timing. We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package leaves our facility.
Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We cannot redirect packages once shipped.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

You may choose a refund (minus the original shipping fee), or

We can resend the item—you’ll be responsible for the reshipment cost.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages
In the event that your package is lost during transit or stolen, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with you to provide resources in order to initiate an investigation and/or claim with the shipping carrier. Once the item has left our shipping facility, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages and will not provide replacements or refunds.
If a package is showing delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, we will do everything we can to assist you in attempting to locate the package. This includes providing resources for filing a claim or initiating a package trace. However, once the tracking shows delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package and will not offer refunds or replacements.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
We’ll do our best to:

Send a replacement (if available), or

Issue store credit upon return of the damaged item.
