CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you don't love your items or have any questions or issues with your order, please contact us at hello@daydreamabode.com. Items that have been unopened and unused may be returned within 14 days of shipment. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@daydreamabode.com to obtain authorization for the return and additional instructions.


If the return is a result of an error on our end, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label once a team member has responded to your inquiry.


Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged and, at your discretion and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.


Once we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within 1-3 business days

 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?

Exchanges can be made for a different size within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please email us at hello@daydreamabode.com with your order details and exchange request. If your size is not available, we will offer you store credit for a future order. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of exchanges.

 

Personalized and custom orders of any kind cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

 

CAN I RETURN A DIGITAL GOOD I PURCHASED?

Due to the digital nature of these goods, we do not except returns or refunds on any of our digital products, including but not limited to: gift cards and digital downloads.
