WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?
Orders typically take less than 7 business days to process. Production times will usually increase during and around holidays and new launches - up to 15 business days for order processing. We appreciate you shopping small!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP TO ME?
Orders are typically shipped via USPS, although we may use other carriers such as UPS or FedEx. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for shipping delays that your order may experience after leaving our shop.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING CODE AND EMAIL WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
Yes, an email with a tracking code will be sent to you when your order ships.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS LOST IN THE MAIL?
Once your order has shipped and your tracking information has been provided to you, your package is now in the hands of USPS or the parcel carrier company, and you as the customer are responsible for locating your package. We are not responsible for lost packages have been scanned into the carrier's shipping system.
CAN YOU REDIRECT MY PACKAGE TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
We cannot redirect your package to a new address once your order has been shipped. Please double check that you have entered the correct address when placing an order. If you need to make a change to your shipping address before your order is fulfilled, please send us an email.
If your order is returned undeliverable to our shop due to an address input error during checkout, we will not be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package to your correct shipping address.
