EEK! I truly can't believe the day is finally here that I finally get to introduce you to my new brand, and your new spot for all things home, wellness, and lifestyle:

If you've been around for some time, you'll know that all of this started with me sharing my wellness journey on instagram a little over 4 years ago. My hubby, Sean, & I were looking for ways to reduce toxins & be more intentional in our home.

And then, during lockdown in 2020, I saw a DIY video on how to tie dye clothing.. which sparked an idea in me! In true Brooklyn fashion, I ordered all the things and decided spur of the moment to start my own online shop to make & sell tie dye crewnecks! Thus, the Oily Moon Shop was born.

Over the last few years, the Oily Moon Shop expanded from just tie dye crewnecks, to cozy apparel, curated home goods, & a community of dreamers that has become so much more than I ever imagined.

Over a year ago, I felt this tug in my heart to start sharing more of my everyday life - the highs, the lows, and everything in between. We've created a really special community & space here in this cozy corner of the internet, and I wanted my brand, and the shop, to reflect that.

So I prayed about it. And spent countless hours weighing the pros and cons, freaking out over an entire new website redesign, and worried sick if you would understand my "why" behind the changes. 

But clarity came, and I finally decided to take the leap (and make the biggest investment in my business thus far) and create a lifestyle brand that represented all of me & the magic we're going to create, together!

This is where Brighten Made came in and made literally all my branding dreams come true! Cue the confetti & the tears!

Not to mention our new website is EVERYTHING & wayyyy more user friendly & stable. It was 110% time to upgrade!

When Bri, the founder of Brighten Made, asked me back in January where I saw my business in 3 years, this was my answer:

And now just a few months later, my dreams of a brick & mortar (and cozy farmhouse to live in) are coming to life! I didn't know what was just around the corner for our family then, but I trusted my gut and all the signs pointing me in this direction. And it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Daydream Abode inspires women to live life intentionally and find joy along the way. By sharing her own journey with essential oils and wellness, founder Brooklyn, creates relatable content that has her community rethinking some of their everyday essentials. She takes things a step further by carefully sourcing and sharing home goods, accessories, and other everyday items she loves with the goal to help her community create a cozy home that inspires happiness.
